Job Description
What youll do
- Manage the entire hiring process from finding candidates to interviewing and selecting them
- Help new employees settle in smoothly (onboarding, orientation, training)
- Keep job descriptions, policies, and employee records updated
- Work with recruitment agencies when needed
- Plan and review salaries, compensation, and appraisals
- Set and track performance goals (KPIs) for teams
- Support employees by resolving issues and handling grievances
- Organize team events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
- Conduct exit interviews and improve employee experience
- Ensure all HR activities follow legal and company rules
Skills needed
- Strong communication and people-handling skills
- Comfortable managing all HR-related tasks hands-on
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Good with MS Excel, Word, email, and internet tools
- Comfortable working with diverse teams
Experience required
- Minimum 4 years in HR
- Experience in BFSI / Financial services is a plus
