Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead and govern our group-wide CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will drive CRM strategy, optimize customer data management, enable commercial growth through CRM insights, and lead system enhancements across multiple business units.

Role & responsibilities

• Own and manage the CRM platform at a group level, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance.
• Standardize CRM processes, access controls, and usage across all group companies.
• Lead CRM deployments, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
• Design and maintain CRM data structures to provide a unified customer and opportunity view.
• Enable cross-selling and upselling opportunities through CRM-driven insights.
• Develop customer segmentation, opportunity mapping, analytics, and relationship intelligence.
• Create dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools to support commercial decision-making.
• Support strategic account planning and customer value enhancement initiatives.
• Identify and implement workflow automation to improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Monitor CRM performance and drive continuous improvements in system adoption and business impact.
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM management, CRM administration, or commercial systems leadership.
• Hands-on experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or enterprise-wide CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing multi-company or group-wide CRM environments.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, automation tools, and business intelligence reporting.
