Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage transportation and distribution of goods. Coordinate with Plant, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for logistics operations. Ensure accuracy in dispatches. Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize costs and time Track delivery schedules and address any delays or issues in a timely manner. Ensure that transportation is efficient and cost-effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, key customers, and other stakeholders. Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and high service quality. Prepare and maintain all logistics-related documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and receipts. Ensure 100% Proof of Delivery POD collection from the transporters. Generate regular reports on logistics performance, and transportation costs Work closely with the team to find effective solutions to operational challenges. Identify opportunities to reduce costs through route optimization, and process improvements. Years of Experience Required- 4-5 years Qualification - Graduate
