Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. To receive, store, verify and organize inventory in the store area as per relevant purchase orders 2. To maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist in inventory management 3. To keep the store organized 4. To request purchase every 15 days or more after monitoring of the minimum stock level 5. To reject scrap after discussion with designated authority 6. To prepare report of non-moving items on monthly basis and arrange for disposal 7. To coordinate the replacements without delay 8. To comply with deadlines 9. Need to be flexible with duty hours Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate, 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Stock and Warehouse Perks and benefits
