Job Description

Collaborate closely with the logistics team to address and resolve pick-up-related customer queries. Ensure effective communication of end-user needs and concerns to the Operations team for timely resolution. Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to customer needs throughout the support process. Be prepared to handle the responsibilities of a logistics executive if the situation demands. What are we looking for An individual with at least 6 months experience in customer service with logistics coordination. High energy levels and a strong sense of ownership. Exceptional proficiency in the English language. Proficient computer skills, with expertise in MS Excel. Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Excellent people management skills to foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure. Strong hustle mentality, demonstrating the drive to achieve desired results.
