Job Overview As an Assistant Manager, NSO, you will support the departments efforts in expanding cloud kitchens by assisting with project management, site analysis, and operational setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cloud kitchen setup coordination and project timeline management
- Aid in contractor coordination and vendor management
- Assist with market data analysis for new location identification
- Maintain database of potential sites with demographic analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational readiness
- Support operational processes setup and regulatory compliance
- Maintain detailed project documentation and facilitate communication
- Support update meetings and report preparation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in hospitality or retail
- 3+ years experience in project management or site development
