Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst in BFSI or risk/compliance domains.
- Domain Expertise: Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, or Compliance.
- Preferred Tools: OpenPages or similar GRC platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory workflows, risk scoring, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to applications like OpenPages for risk management.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and data lineage documentation.
- Certifications in Agile Business Analysis or Product Ownership.
