Job Description
Role Description
  • Candidate should have 05-6 Years of work experience in Trade Finance operations in branch front office role/back office.
  • Operational Knowledge of all Trade products
  • Addressing customer queries with regards to trade
  • Liaising with regulator and compliance on specific trade queries.
  • Preparing/Reviewing Process note/Key operating procedures for Trade related products.
  • Support to Branches and processing team in handling day to day trade transaction.
  • Actively involved in various process/procedure revision, development, and implementation initiative with emphasis on operational risk management.
  • Handling EDPMS & IDPMS related queries, tracking & closure.
  • Prepare MIS Weekly/Monthly, Production sheet to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate information flow & decision making.
  • Monitoring & controls keep a track of daily productivity of the team, also regular checks on adherence of the process notes and KOPs by the team and branches.

Your key responsibilities
  • Handling EDPMS & IDPMS related queries, tracking & closure.

  • Keep updating team & branches on the changes in process.
  • Excel skills and good communication skills
