Role Overview : -


As the Senior Manager Flipkart Marketplace you will be the single point of ownership for Bella Vita’s P&L on Flipkart. You will drive top-line revenue growth, optimize bottom-line profitability, and manage the end-to-end strategic relationship with Flipkart’s category teams. This is a high-visibility role requiring a blend of data-backed growth marketing, aggressive negotiation, inventory foresight, and flawless execution—especially during high-stakes tentpole events like the Big Billion Days (BBD).

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Account Strategy & P&L Ownership

  • Own the entire end-to-end revenue, margin, and growth targets for Bella Vita on the Flipkart Marketplace.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with Flipkart category managers to secure maximum brand visibility and growth.
  • Optimize the commercial matrix, keeping a close eye on take-rates, margins, marketplace fees, and logistics costs to ensure healthy contribution margins.

2. Growth Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Strategize, execute, and monitor Flipkart Performance Marketing campaigns (PLA, PCA, and display ads) to drive maximum ROI/ROAS.
  • End-to-end planning for Flipkart’s tentpole events (BBD, Big Saving Days, etc.), including deal submissions, exclusive launches, and marketing budget allocation.
  • Continuously monitor and improve organic search visibility, listing quality scores, conversion funnels, and customer review health.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Orchestration

  • Collaborate with internal warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels across Flipkart Assured (FA) nodes and seller smart fulfillment centers.
  • Run rigorous demand-forecasting models to prevent out-of-stock scenarios during peak sale periods while minimizing aging inventory.

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with Flipkart's category leads and account managers to unlock preferential visibility, banner slots, and promotional partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal brand marketing, design, and content teams to ensure the brand’s visual identity and cataloging are best-in-class on the platform.

5. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ASP, operational health) using Flipkart’s dashboard and internal BI tools.
  • Convert raw marketplace data into actionable insights to pivot pricing strategy, combo curation, or budget shifting in real-time.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 6 to 9 years of hardcore experience in E-commerce Account Management, with at least 3-4 years dedicatedly managing the Flipkart ecosystem for a high-growth D2C, FMCG, FMCD Brands.
  • Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Flipkart’s algorithms, ad consoles, cataloging protocols, ranking factors, and backend fulfillment models (FA, Smart Fulfillment).
  • Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics. You should be someone who looks at spreadsheets and immediately sees the underlying growth narrative or leakages.
  • Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of negotiating commercial terms, visibility slots, and joint plans with marketplace category teams.
  • Agility & Drive: Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup culture. You should be a self-starter who understands performance management and can execute autonomously.
