Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their travel needs and convert inquiries into bookings. Provide personalized travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budget constraints. Ensure accurate processing of bookings in Sabre and Amadeus while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Training: 1 month of GDS (Global Distribution System) and on-the-job training is provided to ensure you are fully equipped to handle client inquiries and bookings. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong active listening skills to understand and address client needs. Persuasive abilities to guide clients in making informed travel decisions. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
