Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages. Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or walk-ins to provide travel solutions. Process ticketing requests for various modes of transportation (flights, trains, hotels). Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to bookings or cancellations. Maintain accurate records of transactions and updates customers on confirmations. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in sales executive roles within the travel industry. Strong knowledge of airline routes, schedules, fares & policies; familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus/Galileo preferred. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
