Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to understand their travel requirements. Provide personalized holiday packages based on customer preferences and budget constraints. Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements using Amadeus system. Ensure accurate processing of transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to bookings. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry (freshers can apply). Excellent English communication skills with proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. .More Info
