Travel Agent/Consultant Dwarka Salary- 30 K Must have experience in making International packages Key Responsibilities: Package Development: Design and curate domestic and international holiday packages that cater to various customer preferences and budgets. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of service delivery. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively. Compliance: Ensure all travel operations comply with local and international regulations and company policies. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitable operations. Technology Integration: Utilize travel management software and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Performance Analysis: Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and implement improvements. Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans to handle travel disruptions and emergencies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations, with a focus on holiday package management. Proven leadership and team management skills.
