Role : Senior Executive/Lead- Client Partner [Key Accounts] Location: Mumbai

The Role:
As a Client Partner, you will own and growrelationships with strategic enterprise customers. This is a high-impact rolecombining customer success, account management, and revenue ownership. You willact as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring business outcomes while drivingrenewals, expansion, and long-term partnerships .
Key Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of enterprise / strategicaccounts with end-to-end responsibility
Build and maintain strong relationships withCXOs and senior stakeholders
Drive customer success outcomes includingadoption, retention, and satisfaction
Own renewals, upsell, and cross-sell revenuetargets
Partner with customers to understand businessgoals and align LeadSquared solutions accordingly
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) andexecutive-level discussions
Identify growth opportunities and create accountexpansion strategies
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product,and Support teams to deliver seamless experience
Act as an escalation point for critical accountsand ensure timely resolution
Track account health, usage metrics, andbusiness KPIs
Requirements:
  • 47 years of experience in Client Partner / Account Management
  • Must have Saas background
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging CXOs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SaaS solutions
  • Data-driven approach to account management and decision-making

  • Account retention and renewal rates
  • Expansion revenue (upsell cross-sell)
  • Product adoption and usage growth
  • Strategic account growth and relationship depth
