Job Description

Job Title: Business Executive (BE) / Area Business Manager (ABM) Diagnostics
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Location: Mumbai (SoBo / Central Line / Harbour Line / Western Line)


Role Overview:
The BE/ABM – Diagnostics will drive business growth, revenue achievement, and market expansion through strong doctor engagement, new account acquisition, and promotion of routine & specialty diagnostic services. The role involves territory management, field activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through B2B doctor referrals, B2C walkins, and home collection services.
    • Drive sample volume growth from existing and new accounts across routine and specialty tests.
    • Acquire new clinics, hospitals, corporates, and institutional partners as per targets.
    • Conduct doctor visits, RTMs, camps, CMEs, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
    • Improve prescriptiontosample conversion rates and promote highvalue diagnostic profiles.
    • Coordinate with operations, logistics, lab teams, and customer support for smooth service delivery.
    • Work with finance for outstanding payment collection and account reconciliation.
    • Maintain MIS, track sales pipeline, and monitor productivity metrics (doctor calls, activities, conversions).

Required Skills & Competencies:

Education & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
• 2–5 years’ experience in Diagnostics Sales (mandatory)
• Open to all genders
• Roles open for: South Bombay / Central Line / Harbour Line / Western Line


Working Conditions:
• Individual contributor role
• Office-based with extensive field visits
• Covers Mumbai and assigned
