Job Description

Role & responsibilities -


  • Oversee daily food & beverage operations (service, quality, hygiene)
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen for timely order delivery and service flow
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Maintain inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage
  • Supervise and train service staff (waiters, stewards)
  • Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP)
  • Manage billing, POS operations, and cash handling
  • Plan and execute menus, promotions, and events
  • Control costs (food cost, labor cost) and improve profitability
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate procurement
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and operations
  • Ensure ambience, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained


Preferred candidate profile - Candidates must have 5/7 Star Hotel Experience
