Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Maintaining & managing MIS data as per pre-defined guidelines.
- Handling customer data to ensure process completion.
- Ensuring process completion as per pre-defined TAT and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
- Underwriting of cases as per TAT and achieving daily target.
- Taking a proactive approach in training subordinates.
- Processing the cases to ensure smooth flow of departmental activities.
Essential conditions:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate.
- Work Experience 2+ year experience.
- Product and Process knowledge along with awareness of internal systems.
Required Skills:
- Analytical abilities.
- Interpersonal skills.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
- Stakeholder Management
