Job Description

Role & responsibilities:


  • Maintaining & managing MIS data as per pre-defined guidelines.
  • Handling customer data to ensure process completion.
  • Ensuring process completion as per pre-defined TAT and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
  • Underwriting of cases as per TAT and achieving daily target.
  • Taking a proactive approach in training subordinates.
  • Processing the cases to ensure smooth flow of departmental activities.

Essential conditions:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate.
  • Work Experience 2+ year experience.
  • Product and Process knowledge along with awareness of internal systems.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
  • Stakeholder Management
