About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager role to lead the structural and data-driven growth of our paid media. This role is focused on the connectivity of our lead to sale ecosystem. You will be the primary owner of the Lead Lifecycle, ensuring that our sales floor is fuelled by high-intent data and that our revenue attribution is flawless.
You will act as the orchestrator between our Ad platforms and our internal sales conversion. Your objective is to ensure that our Sales CRM is perfectly synchronized with all ad platform lead sources, providing the insights with absolute clarity on which investments are driving the highest ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue System Integration & Synchronization:
- Cross-Platform Connectivity: Own the daily synchronization between our Sales CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and our primary lead-generation environments (Google and Meta frameworks). You are responsible for ensuring that conversion signals are shared across platforms to improve lead quality.
- Publisher Data Governance: Manage the seamless onboarding of lead data from third-party Publishers and Affiliates. You will design the protocols that validate and clean this data before it reaches our sales agents.
- Closed-Loop Measurement: Implement the Measurement Protocols necessary to track a customer from their first digital interaction to the final Closed-Won status in our records.
Growth Intelligence & Sales Feedback Loop:
- Sales floor Optimization: Directly manage the Call Center/Sales Agents, focusing on the Speed-to-Lead and conversion efficiency. You will use data to identify bottlenecks where leads are stuck in the funnel.
- The Feedback Loop Architecture: Build a rigorous system where the Outcome Data from our sales calls is fed back into our acquisition strategy. If the sales floor reports low-intent leads, you will be responsible for adjusting the acquisition parameters immediately.
- Strategic Creative Briefing: Analyse performance data to define the Creative Strategy and identify the hooks that lead to the highest sales conversion, not just the highest click-through.
Advanced Reporting & Business Insights:
- Revenue Dashboarding: Design and maintain the performance primary Intelligence Dashboards using Power BI and Excel. You will provide the "Single Source of Truth" for CAC, ROAS, and Sales Velocity.
- Attribution Leadership: Manage the performance Measurement Strategy, ensuring that we accurately credit the correct lead sources (Search, Social, or Publisher) and help the team to generate higher revenue.
- AI-Driven Sales Forecasting: Utilize modern AI tools to analyse historical sales data and competitor trends to predict future lead volumes, trends and insights in order increase the revenue.
Candidate Profile
Core Proficiencies:
- Ecosystem Integration: Expert-level knowledge of how to synchronize Google and Meta environments with internal Sales CRMs (specifically Dynamics 365)& Analytical Tools such as GA/GTM/Power BI.
- Data Stewardship: Advanced mastery of Measurement Infrastructure (GA/GTM equivalents), ensuring that Digital Signals translate accurately into Sales Leads.
- Analytical Power-User: Exceptional skills in Power BI and Excel for building complex, automated revenue models.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Experience managing call center data points with a focus on driving agent performance.
Experience &Attributes:
- 6-8 years in a senior role within a high-velocity sales or growth environment.
- Proven Integration Track Record: You must have experience connecting the dots between large-scale digital spend and CRM-based sales results.
- Revenue Ownership: A history of being accountable for the final P&L, focusing on the cost of acquisition vs. the lifetime value of the customer.
