Role & responsibilities

1. Managing and building relationships with customers through virtual channels (calls, email, video meetings).

2.Understanding customer needs and providing suitable banking/financial solutions.

3.Cross-selling and up-selling relevant products.

4.Handling customer queries promptly and professionally.

5.Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

6.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies



Preferred candidate profile

1.Good communication and customer-handling skills.

2.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3.Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.

4.Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage.
