Manager / Assistant Manager Sales & Business Development

Job Purpose

To lead a team of executives and drive strategic initiatives for business growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and revenue targets. The role involves managing key accounts, forging partnerships, and coordinating with marketing for brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities: Service

Develop annual sales plans and monitor execution across regions and specialties.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts, including corporates and insurance providers.
Forge partnerships with referral networks and strategic healthcare alliances.
Coordinate with marketing for brand visibility and promotional activities across multiple channels.
Participate in networking events and industry forums to strengthen hospital positioning.
Ensure timely communication of clinical achievements and hospital services to stakeholders.
Drive implementation of CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting of business development activities.

Key Responsibilities: Growth

Develop marketing strategy and business plans to deliver on hospital objectives.
Identify and finalize strategic partnerships and alliances with key customers.
Drive empanelment opportunities for new services and pathways.
Contribute to long-term sustainable growth through innovative outreach strategies and market expansion.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate with MBA in Marketing/Healthcare preferred.
6 to 8 years of experience in healthcare sales/business development.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage strategic partnerships.
Strong analytical and planning skills with exposure to budgeting and forecasting.
