We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment

• Manage and process daily orders via Shopify and corporate (B2B) channels.
• Coordinate local, domestic, and international shipments through multiple courier partners.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries in coordination with Bluedart and other 3PL partners.
• Maintain and organize bulk shipment data systematically on shared drives.

2. Customer Communication & Service

• Share tracking details with customers promptly after dispatch.
• Proactively manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) and returns, ensuring quick and smooth resolution.
• Handle logistics-related customer escalations professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Purchase teams for seamless dispatch operations.

3. Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct monthly billing and cost analysis to identify savings and improve efficiency.
• Track and evaluate return ratios, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
• Maintain accurate data and reports in Excel for management review.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Work on reducing logistics costs without compromising delivery experience.
• Strive for zero customer complaints across both B2B and D2C shipments.
• Ensure SOP compliance and timely follow-ups with logistics partners.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of logistics experience (preferably in e-commerce or gifting industry).
• Knowledge of Shopify and 3PL dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Reports) and email communication.
• Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Flexible during peak seasons and residing near the office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, email writing.
