Job Description:
Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, and maintaining Reltio-based MDM solutions to support clean, unified person and product data across pharmaceutical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Reltio MDM components including match/merge rules, survivorship, workflows, and data models.
- Integrate Reltio with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Clinical platforms).
- Implement data quality rules and cleansing logic specific to pharmaceutical data (e.g., product codes, regulatory identifiers).
- Support data migration and onboarding activities from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data stewards to refine requirements.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data domains (e.g., Product, HCP, HCO, Clinical Trial data).
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Reltio Console, and Reltio Integration Hub.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
