Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive with over 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing, Branding and communication, with a passion for driving measurable marketing outcomes and building strong brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies and improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation activities.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create high-performing ad creatives and digital assets.
- Monitor digital trends and industry best practices to innovate strategies.
Branding & Communication:- Support in developing brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across internal and external channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all media and communication touchpoints.
- Assist in creating impactful brand stories, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate internal communication efforts, product launches, and brand activation events.
- Contribute to corporate storytelling and employer branding initiatives.
RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding/communications.
- Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have:- Experience in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Exposure to video marketing, or event branding.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
