At Nova, were looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 5 years , weve built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VCs such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

Youll be improving and responsible for

Speaking to Novas prospective clients
Understanding their unique requirements
Explaining and sharpening Novas value-proposition
Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings

What are we looking for

Minimum 2 years of work experience in insurance industry
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
"Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude
Passion for working for a tech startup
Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
Strong Insurance broking domain knowledge

Persistence
Discipline
Deep understanding of how to sell
Experience having sold to CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
