Job Description

The Appian Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using the Appian Low-Code Automation Platform. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with business stakeholders to implement scalable and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Development
• Lead the design and development of Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.
2. Technical Leadership
• Mentor and guide Appian developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Review code and provide feedback to maintain quality and performance.
3. Integration & Deployment
• Implement integrations with external systems using Appian plug-ins, web services, and APIs.
• Manage deployments across environments and ensure proper version control.
4. Governance & Compliance
• Establish and enforce governance policies for Appian development and maintenance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of applications.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during project planning and estimation.
6. Troubleshooting & Support
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Appian applications and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing solutions
