Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain Layer 2/Layer 3 network infrastructure using Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Aruba, and Ruckus switching platforms.
Configure and optimize dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP across multi-site environments.
Implement and manage firewall policies, NAT rules, and VPN configurations on Fortinet FortiGate and Check Point firewalls.
Perform network segmentation using VLANs, ACLs, and trunking to ensure secure and efficient traffic flow.
Conduct regular firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of network devices.
Monitor network performance using SNMP-based tools and troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues. PRTG, OP Manage, SolarWinds..
Integrate wireless solutions with Aruba and Ruckus controllers, including SSID provisioning, RF optimization, and client isolation.
Configure and maintain high availability (HA) and failover mechanisms for critical network components.
Collaborate with SOC/NOC teams to respond to security incidents and enforce network hardening measures.
Maintain detailed network topology diagrams, configuration backups, and change management documentation.
Support network automation initiatives using scripting (Python, Ansible) for configuration and monitoring tasks.
