Education, Certificate

  1. Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college

  2. MS Office proficiency in excel is a must

  3. Good knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silverwill be an added advantage

  1. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in front-end retailoperations as Asst.Manager/Store Manager. Preferably with anestablished Retail Brand

  2. Experience in handling customer queries grievance handling

Your KRA/KPI

  1. Communicate with the customer and sell with the complete productdescription

  2. Influencing and selling jewellery

  3. Addressing all customer queries

  4. Following up with the customers

  5. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable forcustomers

  6. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise fordelivery

  7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded.

  8. Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determineinventory levels; anticipating customer demand.

  9. Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing andcategorizing sales information; identifying and investigatingcustomer complaints and service suggestions.

  10. Retaining the existing or new customers

  11. Maintain and monitor store inventory

  12. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel

  13. Working on ERPsystem, Magento, Ameo etc
