Job Description
As a Director of Engineering at TCPWave, you will develop and execute an engineering and infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals, leading and mentoring teams of Senior Software Engineers, Team Leads, and Software Engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, ADC Engineering, Product Support, Product Security Engineering, Sales, and AI/ML.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience managing and leading a software engineeringdepartment or organization
- Experience providing leadership and high-level direction to teams
- Direct leadership experience in SDLC, exposure to product development, networkmanagement, Linux, and AI/ML
- Led multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achievefirm-wide technology objectives
- Proven leadership skills. Excellent organization skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience: 12+ years, 10 years minimum, in a leadership operations position for a softwaredevelopment company.
