Role & responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies Create : Marketing strategies that improve the company's visibility and resonate with the brand image Manage marketing campaigns: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, direct marketing, and social media Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify target audiences Create marketing materials: Write and proofread marketing copy for print and online campaigns, and design brochures, press releases, and website content Manage events Organize : and attend events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions Track campaign performance Use : analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement Work with stakeholders Collaborate: with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are effective Skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Creativity, writing, and design skills Analytical skills Ability to work with large volumes of data Ability to multitask Strong organizational and planning skills Preferred candidate profile Education Bachelor's degree, such as a B.Tech in a relevant field Must be B. Tech. / MBA Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical landscapes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner. Solid negotiation skills and the ability to be persuasive.
