Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals (printers, scanners).
- Support retail store POS machines, networking gear, and checkout hardware.
- Log, track, and resolve IT service tickets via internal helpdesks.
- Perform preventive maintenance and asset inventory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and parts replacement
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and diagnostics.
- Basic networking and LAN connectivity knowledge.
- Flexibility for field travel across regional store locations.
