Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Node.js. As a Senior Developer, you will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of server-side applications using Node.js.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with user-facing elements.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing codebases.
• Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and implement advanced database scaling techniques.
• Design and implement real-time data fetching strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring high-quality coding practices, testing, and efficient deployment processes.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js frameworks (such as Express.js, Nest.js).
• Strong experience with TypeScript, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Expertise in working with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, including advanced database scaling and real-time data handling.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of best practices in software development, including automated testing, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in team collaboration, mentorship, and leadership.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
