Job Description
- Translate learning curriculum, design documents, and SME input into detailed course outlines using approved templates and standards.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create engaging, effective training content.
- Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs across time zones and seniority levels.
- Coach and support learning developers, including reviewing their work for quality and consistency.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables through cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience designing training for SAP S/4HANA and/or Kinaxis Maestro.
- Functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Customer Solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
