Position: Primary Teacher (PRT)

Role & responsibilities -

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the State Board curriculum.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Conduct activity-based and child-centric learning sessions.
• Assess students regularly through classwork, homework, projects, and periodic assessments.
• Maintain attendance registers, academic records, and assessment reports.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and digital learning materials.
• Guide students in co-curricular activities, competitions, and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and overall development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a stress-free learning environment.
• Perform academic and school-related duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualification & experience -

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

OR

• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a Diploma in Education (Special Education)

OR

• Graduation with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE recognized institution.

Mandatory Skills-

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written); Marathi proficiency preferred.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office, email, and online teaching tools.
• Ability to use smartboards, educational applications, and digital teaching resources.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Creative, student-centric, activity-based teaching approach.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to maintain academic records and communicate effectively with parents.
