Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries and complaints via email, chat, and other digital communication channels. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure smooth support. Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Keep track of customer interactions and document feedback accurately. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when required. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times. Desired Candidate Profile Required a Graduate candidate with Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and other CRM software.
