Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via voice process. Ensure prompt and accurate resolutions to customer issues. Maintain process quality and adhere to company guidelines during customer interactions. Deliver excellent service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory. Additional language skills are considered based on the table below. Qualifications: Graduates (Freshers/Experienced) are eligible. 12th pass candidates must have 6 months of documented BPO experience. Shifts: Females: Any 9-hour shift between 7 AM to 8 PM. Males: Rotational shifts (24x7). Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 weekly off (Saturday or Sunday). Salary Structure: English & Hindi + Graduate + Fresher: 17,500/- English & Hindi + 12th Pass + 6 months of documented BPO experience: 19,000/- English & Hindi + Tamil/Gujarati/Telugu/Kannada/Punjabi + Graduate + 6 months of documented BPO experience: 21,000/- English & Hindi + Malayalam/Bengali + Graduate + 6 months of documented BPO experience: 23,000/- Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in any additional regional languages (Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Malayalam, Bengali) is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
