Requirement 1:- For Banking Inbound process - Minimum work experience 18 months with 6 months of BFSI experience - Language proficiency English with Oriya/Assamese - Qualification: Graduation Requirement 2 :- For Banking Inbound process . - Fresher/Experienced both are welcome. - Language proficiency Hindi with Oriya/Assamese and can comprehend English Undergraduate/Graduation ). Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on banking products and services to customers through effective communication skills. Identify opportunities for cross-selling of bank's products or services based on customer needs. Excellent English language proficiency with good communication skills; ability to understand local dialects like Oriya/Assamese an added advantage. 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international/domestic voice process.
