Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle guest billing and payment transactions through POS systems.
- Accept payments via cash, card, UPI, and other digital modes.
- Ensure accurate billing and provide bills/receipts to guests.
- Maintain daily cash balance and settlement reports.
- Coordinate with the service team for order and billing accuracy.
- Handle refunds or billing corrections as per company policy.
- Maintain proper cash register discipline and accountability.
- Assist in closing reports and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure a friendly and professional interaction with guests.
