Job Title: Workday Consultant / Manager US Payroll & Benefits

Experience: 6-20 Years
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurugram / Noida / Mumbai
Mode: Hybrid

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Workday Consultants / Managers with strong expertise in US Payroll, Core Payroll, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll configuration, benefits administration, compliance, and end-to-end implementation or AMS support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday US Payroll, Core Payroll & Benefits implementations and AMS support
• Configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits integrations
• Manage Benefits setup (plans, eligibility, enrollments, life events)
• Handle payroll & benefits integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
• Perform data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and benefits data migration
• Support SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live activities
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations (FLSA, W-2, taxation) and benefits policies
• Troubleshoot payroll and benefits issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with HCM, Time Tracking, and Benefits teams
• Drive client discussions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
• Mentor junior consultants and support team delivery

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Workday US Payroll (mandatory)
• Hands-on expertise in Payroll & Benefits configuration
• Experience in implementation and/or AMS projects
• Good understanding of US Payroll & Benefits compliance
• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years in Workday Payroll/Benefits
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Workday US Payroll and/or Benefits Certification
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing
• Exposure to Benefits integrations and third-party vendors
