Job Description
- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, providing advice or recommendations.
- Operating scanners, cash register & other electronic (card terminal etc.).
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices & quantities are accurate & providing a receipt to every customer.
- Processing exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure the safe carrying by customers.
- Following all store procedures regarding payment type, voucher & PWP.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assist each other for making store operation smoothly.
- Completion Job Task giving by Superior with follow workplace established guideline & SOP.
Requirements:
- 18 years old and above.
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Energetic & creative.
- Good in time management.
- Basic Excel & Computer knowledge.
- Ensure Great Customer Service.
