Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee residential interior projects at site level. The role involves execution site management, client coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely project completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Project Management

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential interior projects.
• Execute work in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within scheduled deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
  

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site level.
• Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
• Address and resolve site-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Handover & Project Closure

• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification of identified issues.
• Coordinate final inspections and quality checks.
• Facilitate smooth project handover to clients.
• Support documentation and formalities related to project closure.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs accurately.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
  

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design (Min 2 years exp. post diploma)
