Role: Customer Service Executive - Yes Bank (Inbound Process)
Location: Kasarwadawali, Thane (w)
Shift: Day Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
