Job Description

BVG India Ltd. is looking for IFM Trainer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Develop and deliver training modules for IFM functions such as housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and soft services.
Conduct skill-gap analysis and prepare training calendars.
Train new hires and upskill existing staff on IFM SOPs, safety protocols, and customer-service standards.
Conduct periodic audits to verify training effectiveness and SOP adherence.
Maintain training records, assessment reports, and certification documents.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
