Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hindi Voice Coach to join our customer's team
In this remote, part-time role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the spoken Hindi proficiency and vocal delivery of diverse learners, empowering them to achieve greater fluency and confidence in both personal and professional settings, Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on Hindi pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency, Assess learners’ speech patterns and tailor coaching strategies to address individual strengths and areas for improvement, Design and implement interactive curriculum and exercises that foster active participation and measurable growth, Provide detailed, constructive feedback on both verbal and written assignments to drive continual progress, Collaborate closely with the customer's team, sharing insights and resources to elevate the overall language learning experience, Monitor and track learner progress, adjusting coaching methods as needed for optimal results, Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in voice and accent coaching for Hindi, Required Skills and Qualifications:
Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail, Previous experience in voice, accent, or language coaching, preferably in a remote environment, Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate learners of varied backgrounds and skill levels, Proficient in leveraging digital tools and platforms for virtual coaching sessions, Ability to develop customized coaching plans targeting specific learning objectives, Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results, Preferred Qualifications:
Formal training or certification in linguistics, voice coaching, or related fields, Experience working with multicultural or global teams, Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning content development, Show more Show less
