Job Description
- Conduct environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room areas.
- Perform non-viable particle monitoring in clean room environments.
- Monitor compressed air and nitrogen gas levels, as well as personnel monitoring.
- Maintain records for the issuance and reconciliation of items/media used in environmental monitoring, such as plates and swabs.
- Carry out line clearance activities before commencing various operations, including dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling, and packing.
- Execute process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time studies, media fills, and routine batch sampling according to protocols and SOPs.
