Job Summary:
We are hiring Voice Customer Service Representatives for the US Telecom process supporting Customers. The role involves handling Inbound Calls from US customers regarding fiber internet, 5G connectivity, voice services, billing, and plan-related queries. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to Fiber Internet & 5G connectivity troubleshooting.
- Address billing and payment-related concerns, plan modifications.

- Educate customers about service upgrades and recommend suitable plans.
- Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service experience (Voice/Telecom process preferred)
- Candidates Residing in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai Location Only should Apply. ( Kalyan & Panvel within 1.5 Kms only)
- Excellent verbal communication Skills and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational US shifts ( No Day Shifts)
- Strong customer handling skills and ability to Multitask.
