Job Description
We are hiring freshers with strong English communication skills for a US Voice Technical Support role with Sutherland .

Role Details:
• Position: International Voice Process
• Shift: Night shift (rotational)
• Work Type: Full-time
• Location: Airoli -Navi Mumbai
Compensation & Benefits:
• For Freshers - 18,000 in Hand
• Travel allowance: 3,500 (if both ways managed by candidate)
• Monthly incentives: 2,750
• Overtime pay: 400 per hour
• Patty incentives: Up to 18,000 Based on KPI Counted on quarterly basis
5 days of working 2 rotational week off
Eligibility:
• Freshers are welcome
• Good English communication skills required
• Willingness to work night shifts
Location Criteria (Important):
Only candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai should apply
Not hiring candidates from outside Mumbai
Kalyan & Panvel candidates accepted only if staying within 1.5 km from station
