Position: International Voice Process

Job Criteria:
- Immediate joiners required (Must be able to join by February)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to manage real-time international voice calls
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary voice contact for B2B Customers.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers
- Handle calls with ownership, empathy, and strong problem-solving
- Maintain and update call logs and customer records
- Additional - Travel Allowance + Monthly incentives.
Selection Process:
1. HR Interview (Walk-In)
2.SD Panel Interview|
3.Voice Assessment
Shift Timings & Off: 5-day work week with rotational shifts, Predominantly night shifts
Additional Information: Work from office one-way cab facility available up to 25km radius from office based on the shift timings.
