Role: Inside Sales Executive (Academic Sales)

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning programs from Infinity Learn. This role involves engaging with students and parents both in India and in the Middle East through virtual and telephonic channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Connect with potential customers across India and the Middle East via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand students academic goals and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections confidently, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively, both in local and international markets.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills tailored for Indian and Middle East customers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in telesales/inside sales is preferred but not mandatory (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in EdTech, K-12, test-prep, or subscription-based sales is a plus

Working Conditions

  • Shift Timings:
    • India: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM (IST)
    • Middle East: 12:30 PM 10:30 PM (Gulf Standard Time)
  • Work Days: 6-day work week (Monday is a fixed weekly off)
  • Must have access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection
