Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to build impactful campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation initiatives to ensure timely execution and maximum ROI.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Drive social selling strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, to expand reach and generate high-quality leads.
- Lead and oversee Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, and Inside Sales teams, ensuring alignment and performance.
- Ensure effective lead qualification and handoff to sales teams.
- Track campaign performance using data-driven metrics (CTR, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates).
- Continuously analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales, content, and product teams to align messaging and targeting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in B2B lead generation and demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, and email campaigns.
- Experience managing inside sales or SDR teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing or lead generation roles.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Background in IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses is a plus.
