Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall growth and success of the retail store. They will lead the store team in achieving sales targets, ensuring customer excellence, and managing day-to-day operations. The Store Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive store environment and implementing strategies for sustainable store growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Growth & Sales Management:
- Develops and implements strategies to drive store sales, increase foot traffic, and enhance overall profitability.
- Analyzes sales performance and identifies opportunities for growth.
- Sets and tracks daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Addresses and resolves customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain customer loyalty.

Leads, trains, and develops store staff to improve performance and productivity.
Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback to enhance team skills.

Oversees inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
Works closely with suppliers and manages stock replenishment to meet customer demands.

Store Operations:

Ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
Maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.

Team Leadership & Management:

Provides strong leadership to the store team, motivating and guiding them to achieve collective goals.
Manages scheduling, attendance, and staff-related issues effectively.

Strategy Implementation:

Develops and implements store growth strategies, focusing on sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Continuously monitors market trends and competitors to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 4+ years in retail management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Proficiency in inventory management, sales reporting, and retail operations.
